POOL INSPECTIONS FOR REAL ESTATE TRANSACTIONS

HELPING REALTORS, BUYERS AND SELLERS MAKE
INFORMED DECISIONS BEFORE CLOSING

A backyard pool can add tremendous value to a property—but
it can also introduce significant risk when its condition is
unknown.

GBI Pool Services provides professional pool inspections
designed specifically for real estate transactions, helping identify
issues, assess risks and provide clarity before a deal closes.
