You or someone in your household should be home to receive your order. If that’s not possible, you may leave a cooler or freezer in an accessible spot where our driver can safely place your order. This ensures your food stays fresh and at the right temperature.

Orders must be placed by Monday at 5 PM for delivery during that same week. Orders placed after this cutoff will automatically be scheduled for the following week.

Yes. Our driver will call you in advance to provide a more precise timeframe for delivery within your corridor’s delivery window. This way, you won’t be left guessing when your order will arrive.

If no one is home and no cooler/freezer has been left outside, our driver will not leave the order. You will need to contact us to reschedule, which may include a redelivery fee. To avoid this, please ensure someone is available or that a cooler is ready.
