Weekly and bi-weekly maintenance clients are automatically enrolled as part of their service agreement.
Includes:
- Standard weekly maintenance bulk chemicals included
- 15% off all other chemicals
- Priority response and scheduling benefits
- Inspection included as part of ongoing service
- Discounts apply only to work outside the maintenance agreement
How Membership Works
Term & Renewal
- 12-month minimum commitment
- Membership renews automatically (advance notice provided)


Guidelines
- No cancellations and no refunds
- Membership is tied to the customer, not the property
- Can be moved to a new home in the service area (does not transfer to a new homeowner)
Discount Eligibility
- Discounts apply only to GBI-supplied labour, parts, and equipment
- Not applicable to subcontracted work, customer-supplied materials, or other promotions
- Discounts may be revoked if invoices are unpaid


Emergency and Holiday Service
Membership provides priority response; after-hours and holiday service is not guaranteed and depends on staffing and availability. Emergency service typically includes loss of circulation, heater failure, active leaks, or safety issues.
